Tyler Perry’s The Haves and The Have Nots drew its biggest audience ever, averaging 3.4 million viewers for its Tuesday night telecast.

Tuesday night’s episode of the sophomore drama series is also the second most watched show in OWN history, behind the 3.5 million viewers garnered by Oprah Winfrey’s March 2012 interview with the late Whitney Houston’s family, according to network officials.

In addition, the series episode marked its third consecutive week of growth in the network’s target women 25-54 demo, up 16% vs. last week.  The second season of The Haves and The Have Nots is averaging nearly 2.9 million viewers, up 44% versus its freshman campaign.
